Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

We offer the following shipping options:

- Standard Shipping: AUD $10 (Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days)
- Express Shipping: AUD $14 (Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days)
- Free Shipping for orders over AUD $120
New Zealand Shipping
- Standard International Shipping: Flat rate of AUD $15 (Estimated delivery: 7-12 business days)
International Shipping to UK, USA, Canada & Singapore
- Shipping fee will be calculated at check out (Estimated delivery: 10-20 business days)
Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by local customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently only ship to Australia, New Zealand, USA, Canada & UK
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Returns
Thank you for shopping at Biroo's Designs! We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade items. Since each piece is made with care and attention to detail, we do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are simply unwanted or ordered by mistake.
Faulty Items:
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We will happily provide a refund or replacement for any defective product. Kindly be advised that the customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs
